Mesprit Ceuticals is a company specialized in the creation and sale of advanced cosmetic and dermatological products, focused on skin care and health through innovative ingredients and cutting-edge technology.

Challenge

Mesprit Ceuticals faced the daily task of transforming Bella Piel reports into Excel format, a process that consumed approximately 2 hours of work each day. Although these reports were regular, they did not provide the detailed information needed on deviations at points of sale, coordinator management, or product performance.

Solution

Takyon developed an innovative solution that automates the preparation of reports, allowing Mesprit Ceuticals to save time and focus on strategy to increase sales. In collaboration with our partner, Qlik, we created an easily accessible dashboard that effectively centralizes all the data.

This solution enabled targeted actions at points of sale, increasing the percentage of locations meeting quotas from 55% to 85%. In less than a year, Mesprit Ceuticals doubled its growth rate, achieving a 100% return on investment in the first year.
